Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail from Aberdeenshire, Scotland. I aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days. I don’t dispatch items over the weekend so if you order on a Friday I will send your package out on the following Monday.
A confirmation email will be sent once your package has been dispatched.
Delivery times are still being affected by the coronavirus pandemic and packages might take a little longer than expected.
EU shipping update - due to new EU VAT rules parcels sent to the EU will now incur import VAT, tax and/or a customs fee upon delivery, any taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items are packaged with the utmost care. I use recyclable materials where possible and reuse packing materials I receive.

Parcels are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard. If you would like your package to be 1st class please choose 1st class post at checkout. I have had to put tracked shipping within the UK on hold as my local post office doesn't accept these parcels.
I ship internationally via Royal Mail international tracked. Sending ceramics around the world can be nerve wracking so I recommend using tracked postage as it gives us both peace of mind and we can track your parcel on its journey. Prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your parcel and which world zone your country is in. More information and a full price list is available here.

Each piece is handmade by Alison Thyra and will have some slight variations in size, colour and shape, this is the beautiful nature of a handmade item - it is totally unique! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
